Each year, Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) sponsors a poster contest for students in grades TK-5. This year's theme, "Get Savvy about Water Conservation," provides budding artists the chance to illustrate the importance of water conservation.

The winning students, as well as their teachers, are honored at an awards ceremonies hosted by EMWD. Of the winning posters, the top five are submitted to The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California in Los Angeles for consideration for a possible spot on the WATER IS LIFE calendar. We are proud to announce from our own Jacob Wiens Elementary, DULCE ROMO JUAREZ!!!!!!

This is our first concert of the year! We will be performing on Friday December 8th. Performance will start at 6 p.m. in the multi-purpose room. Please support our students and the hard work they have put in!

Many families have to leave everything behind as they relocate or can only carry a few changes of clothes as they travel from place to place on a way to new beginnings!

Santa Shop will be open for business starting December 4th to December 8th, students will be able to purchase special gifts for family and friends. Please see flyer attached for more details......
